Meet the Team
Leeanne Nosko, RN, CARN
Concierge Addiction Nurse Specialist & Recovery Consultant
With more than 30 years of professional experience and my own long-term recovery, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the work I do. As a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse (CARN) since 1992, I've worked across nearly every facet of the addiction and mental health field—from serving vulnerable populations in New York City to providing premium concierge-level care to women. My experience across diverse treatment and recovery settings has given me a deep understanding of the addiction care continuum, including both what works well and where the system often falls short.
As a sober companion, recovery coach, and consultant, I specialize in supporting women navigating trauma, substance use, and life's most challenging transitions. As a mother and a woman in long-term recovery myself, I understand that healing is deeply personal. I have chosen to dedicate my practice exclusively to women, combining professional knowledge with genuine understanding.
I don't believe recovery follows a linear path. I believe recovery exists on a continuum, and that every woman's journey is unique.
After relocating from New York City to Sedona more than 20 years ago, I now have the privilege of partnering with my longtime friend and colleague, Dawn, through Many Roads Recovery & Wellness Services for Women. Together, we provide thoughtful, individualized support that empowers women to create their own path toward lasting recovery and wellness.

Dawn Lorenzo Walter
Certified Recovery Coach, Sober Companion and Wellness Practitioner
My recovery journey began in May of 1997 in my home state of NJ and has taken on many different manifestations over the past 25-plus years.
Before transitioning into recovery support, I spent much of my career in the nonprofit sector, serving organizations dedicated to education, the arts, social services, and families navigating grief and loss. That work strengthened my commitment to compassionate service and deepened my understanding of the resilience of the human spirit.
Ultimately, I felt called to combine my professional experience with my own recovery journey by supporting individuals and families navigating addiction and healing. I have worked in a variety of treatment and recovery settings, giving me a broad understanding of the addiction care continuum—its strengths, its challenges, and the importance of meeting each person where they are.
I believe recovery is a deeply personal journey that benefits from an open-minded approach to healing and growth. Whether through therapy, mutual-support communities, meditation, movement, or other holistic practices, there are many paths that can lead to lasting recovery and wellness.
As a Certified Sober Companion and Recovery Coach, with additional certifications in Trauma-Conscious Yoga, Yoga for Grief and Loss, Sound Therapy, and Mindful Recovery practices, my mission is to walk beside you with compassion, encouragement, and practical support as you navigate both the challenges and the gifts of recovery.
